Minimum Pledge per Bowler: $40.00
Cost includes 3 Games, lunch, door prizes, DJ, Clowns

INSTRUCTIONS: Here’s how it works!

 Before the Bowl-a-thon: Sign up as many sponsors as possible who pledge an amount per pin for 3 games. Let sponsors know your approximate bowling   average. OR – collect outright donations.
 At the Bowl-a-thon: Sign in with your completed sponsorship form.
 BOWL – remember, it’s not a race. Prizes are determined by the number of sponsors and the amount of money you collect.
 After Bowling – DON’T LEAVE! Be sure your lane captain verifies your form and wait for secondary prizes to be awarded.
 AFTER THE BOWL-A-THON: Collect pledges from your sponsors. Within two weeks from the event, mail your sponsorship form along with a personal check or   a money order made out to Katie’s Krusaders to:

 PRIZES:
 Adult minimum pledges of $100.00 or more: Bowl-a-thon shirt.
 Child minimum pledges of $75.00 or more: Bowl-a-thon shirt.
 Prizes will be awarded the day of the event.
 Grand Prizes: Awarded the day all pledges are due. (Adult and child age 8-15 who raise the most money and adult and child age 8-15 with the highest number of   sponsors).
 Katie’s Krusaders reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal value upon availability

 

As Katie’s Krusaders, our goal is to raise our community’s, and ultimately the nation’s, awareness of the incidence of cancer in children. We want to raise funds to provide some financial as well as personal support for those children suffering with cancer, or other childhood diseases, and their families, during this most difficult time. And we do this in memory of our beloved Katie Ann Duffin, who gives witness to the struggle, the bravery, and the boundless love of these children.
